A few weeks ago, my wife, daughter, and I went to a eucharistic healing service. At the service they had prayer teams available to pray for, with, and over you. We knew one of the couples and I was thinking about asking my wife if she wanted to get prayed over as a couple. The devil was in my mind because I was sure asking was a bad idea. Then in the silence of the church I heard someone call my name. Of course, no one else reacted as if they heard it. It took a few more moments but I was able to ask my wife if she wanted to get prayed over as a couple. And she said yes. So, we were prayed over by the couple that we knew, and I was encouraged to go to confession. I had not planned that, but I made the decision to go. And I was forgiven for my sins. The next few days were perfect and peaceful. Earlier on that day (the day of the service) I did not want to go. But I did and I am happy that I did go.
